As we Continue...

Since Karen and I were thinking that we would be doing the local "Madison Handcraft Market" Christmas show on Dec 7th. I have been carving. As I would carve and finish my wife Karen would do the painting. Our dinning table has been our finish area. The carving would be in my easy chair or in my shop. No matter what, we're progressing very well. Countdown for show is just 10 days away. We still have about 6 of the largest carvings to finish by then. All of these will be darkened by rubbing brown shoe polish with tooth brush. This will give them an antique look. Some of the small sizes and three of the candy canes have already been done.
